Reconstruction America or The Freezone?

This week has seen the inauguration of the US President for another term. But where is America, and the rest of the world headed?

To celebrate the upcoming March release of THE CURVE OF THE EARTH, a new novel in the Philip K. Dick Award-winning Samuil Petrovitch series, we’ve devised this quiz based on the future it depicts.

Two major superpowers exist in the world of Samuil Petrovitch. First, there’s Reconstruction America – a land of purity and piety, a nation with a rather bizarre nuclear weapons policy, and where saving the world means looking after their own interests first . . .

In the other corner, there’s the Freezone – the rebuilt remains of a London that has somehow survived an Armageddon. The Freezone’s saviour and leader is the reluctant hero Samuil Petrovitch, a foul-mouthed, half-bionic Russian genius, and their secret weapon is an all-knowing Artificial Intelligence called Michael.
