Iain M. Banks will be in conversation LIVE in Sydney via Skype on 6 October for the release of his new Culture novel SURFACE DETAIL.

As he rarely travels by plane, we’ll be using Skype to bridge the vast distance between the UK and Australia. Iain will be sitting in the Little, Brown office in London while talking to the audience on the other side of the world in Sydney. Three cheers for technology!
